Terms of service

What you are buying, how payment works, what the work includes and what it does not. These terms cover all three formats.

Who provides the services

Services are provided by Mariia Deinega, eenmanszaak, registered in the Netherlands.

KvK 96410868, VAT NL005208846B74, address: Dalsteindreef, 1112 XJ Diemen, the Netherlands, email mariiadeinega@gmail.com.

Services are provided remotely, to private individuals, in Russian or English.

What you can order

Portfolio review — a written or voice review of the material you send, without a call, with one round of follow-up questions within a week of delivery.

Consultation — an intake built around your situation, preparation, a call of about two hours, a written document of 6–10 pages, and answers to questions on the topic of the consultation that remain afterwards.

Mentorship — four two-hour sessions over four weeks, written documents along the way, messages between sessions, and materials selected for your case. A longer format is possible by arrangement.

Prices and payment

Portfolio review — €60. Consultation — €120. Mentorship — €400 paid in full, or €440 split into two payments.

The provider uses the small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling), so no VAT is charged or shown on the invoice. The prices stated are final.

No payment is taken on this site. The format is agreed in correspondence, after which an invoice is issued. Work begins once payment is received.

If you order a consultation after a portfolio review, it costs €100. The payment for the review is not refunded and is not deducted from the consultation.

How the work proceeds

After your request the provider replies personally within a working day and asks about your situation to see whether the task is a fit. The provider may decline the work and will say so directly.

Deadlines and meeting dates are agreed in correspondence before payment.

A meeting can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If rescheduled later than that, or missed, the meeting counts as held.

What is not included

Any guarantee of employment, an interview invitation or admission to a programme. The outcome depends on many circumstances outside the provider’s control.

Designing or laying out your portfolio for you.

A recording of the call: none is made and none is shared.

Legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Anything touching visa or tax matters is discussed as guidance and needs checking with a qualified specialist.

Right of withdrawal

When ordering services at a distance you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.

Work starts immediately after payment: questions and materials are prepared for your case. For that reason, when placing the order the provider asks you to confirm explicitly that you agree to work starting immediately and understand that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.

If you withdraw after work has started but before it is finished, you pay the part proportionate to the work already done.

To withdraw, an email to mariiadeinega@gmail.com is enough.

Your material and confidentiality

The material you send is used only for the work you requested.

Your portfolio, our correspondence and the content of meetings are not published and not passed to third parties.

Anonymised examples may be used in the provider’s own materials only with your separate written permission.

Written documents prepared for you are for your personal use; publishing them or passing them on is not intended.

Liability and disputes

The provider is responsible for the quality and composition of the service delivered, but not for decisions made by third parties — offices, universities or government bodies.

Dutch law applies to the agreement.

If something is wrong, write to mariiadeinega@gmail.com: most matters are settled in correspondence. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the provider’s place of registration.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force at the time of payment applies to an order already agreed and paid for. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
